Interco has four employment departments: Trading, Operations, Logistics, and Administration. Each department operates as an independent unit, but strategically in support of the Interco goals and agenda. Each department receives the training necessary to be successful. Some members of the Interco staff are cross-trained between departments, however, most serve one department at a time.
